หนึ่งในคลาสสิก ฮอปส์ ตระกูลตัว “C” ของ American Craft Beer
ซึ่งเป็นที่แพร่หลายในแถบ Oregon และ Washinton เริ่มผสมพันธุ์ในปี 1974
และออกจำหน่ายในปี 1990 โดยต้นสายพันธุ์มาจากทั้ง Brewers Gold, Fuggle, และ East Kent Goldings

การใช้งาน: Dual Purpose

ใช้ได้ทั้ง Bittering และ Aroma  ฮอปส์ ตัวนี้มี alpha acids ที่สูง และกลิ่นที่หอมเป็นเอกลักษณ์
ส่วนมากใช้เป็น finishing หรือ dry hop สามารถใช้กับการ blend คู่กับ ฮอปส์ ตัวอื่น และใช้มันตัวเดียวโดดๆก็ได้
เหมาะกับการ ทำเบียร์ ประเภท American-style IPAs, pale ales, stouts, and porters
หรือยังใช้ได้ดีกับ American-style Wheat และ Blonde Ales อีกด้วย

Aroma & Flavor Characteristics:

หลักๆจะเป็นกลิ่น Citrus และแฝงด้วยกลิ่น lemongrass และ pine needles
กลิ่น Citrus จะมีความคล้ายกับ Cascade (grapefruit)
